Biography:
Josh's area of expertise includes OOA/OOD, data modeling, object relational persistence, client-server architectures, and various web development initiatives. Currently, Josh is designing and implementing an internal operations console to be used by customer service representatives. In addition, Josh founded jdmSoft, a firm specializing in design and implementation of SmallTalk web and database infrastructure components. Finally, Josh's range of industry expertise includes stints in the insurance and telecommunications sectors as well as an engagement outside the private arena in government, with the Illinois Dept. of Health.
